Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to one gender include all genders.

Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the temu4d platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years old or older. temu4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where satisfactory evidence cannot be provided.

2.2 Residency. The temu4d platform is designed and operated for players based in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia to register and maintain an account. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited is not permitted, and temu4d accepts no liability for access from such jurisdictions.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into these Terms.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to hold a temu4d account: (a) individuals under the age of 21; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of temu4d or any of its affiliated entities; (c) immediate family members of temu4d employees; (d) persons who have been self-excluded from the temu4d platform or any affiliated platform during the period of that exclusion; (e) persons previously banned or suspended by temu4d for breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Rule. Each player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one temu4d account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different email addresses, or through the use of third-party identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. temu4d reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any balances found therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any deposited funds pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your temu4d login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. temu4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify temu4d support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.

3.4 Account Currency. All temu4d accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). temu4d does not offer multi-currency accounts. Deposits made via supported payment methods (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited directly in IDR at the amount received, with no foreign currency conversion applied by temu4d.

3.5 Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. temu4d reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of Rp 50.000 per month to inactive accounts after notifying the account holder by email. If the account balance falls to zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and, if applicable, completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Verification Requirement. temu4d is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time during a player's account lifecycle at temu4d's discretion, including in connection with large deposits, unusual account activity, or as part of routine compliance reviews.

4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC, players will typically be required to submit: (a) a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, SIM, or passport); (b) proof of residential address (a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months and showing the address provided at registration); and (c) where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., a screenshot of the relevant BCA, BRI, or BNI account showing the account holder's name).

4.3 Processing Time. temu4d aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receipt of all required documents during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). In cases requiring additional review, verification may take up to 72 hours. Players will be notified by email of the outcome of their KYC submission.

4.4 Consequences of Failed Verification. If a player is unable to provide satisfactory KYC documentation, temu4d reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing, restrict account functionality, or close the account entirely. Any real-money balance in a suspended or closed account will be held pending satisfactory resolution of the KYC matter.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. temu4d currently accepts IDR deposits via the following methods: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata); and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed within the temu4d cashier at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to a player's temu4d account upon confirmation of receipt. Bank transfer deposits are typically confirmed within 5–15 minutes during banking hours. E-wallet deposits are generally instantaneous. temu4d does not accept third-party deposits — the name on the payment method used must match the registered account holder's name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be refunded and may result in account review.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests. Players may submit withdrawal requests via the temu4d cashier at any time, subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal amount not exceeding the current real-money balance; (c) any applicable active wagering requirements on bonus credits having been met or the player having elected to forfeit associated bonus credits; and (d) the absence of any active account investigation or restriction.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Approved withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within 10–30 minutes of approval during operational hours. Withdrawals to e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are generally processed within 5–15 minutes. temu4d targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 21:00 WIB.

5.5 Withdrawal to Matching Payment Method. temu4d applies a withdrawal-to-deposit matching policy where practicable. Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not possible, temu4d will contact the player to confirm an alternative verified payment destination.

5.6 Fees. temu4d does not currently charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, certain payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. temu4d is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors or banks.

5.7 Anti-Money-Laundering Compliance. temu4d maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) controls. temu4d reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds, to delay or withhold withdrawals pending AML review, and to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities. Players must not use the temu4d platform to conduct, facilitate, or attempt to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by temu4d are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Eligibility. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses offered by temu4d are available to players who: (a) hold a fully registered and verified temu4d account; (b) are in good standing (not suspended, restricted, or under investigation); and (c) have not previously claimed the same welcome or first-deposit bonus. Bonuses intended for new players are not available to existing account holders who close and re-register.

6.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Credits are not withdrawable cash. To convert Bonus Credits into withdrawable funds, the player must complete the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires the player to wager a total of Rp 2.000.000 using that bonus before any resulting balance may be withdrawn. Only wagers placed using Bonus Credits count toward the wagering requirement; real-money wagers do not contribute unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates. Not all game types contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's specific terms, the following contribution rates apply: slots — 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) — 10%; sportsbook pre-match bets at odds of 1.50 or above — 100%; sportsbook bets at odds below 1.50 — 0%; togel and crash games — as specified per promotion.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Credits and any associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the player's account. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Credits and any balance derived solely from Bonus Credits that has not yet met the wagering requirement will be forfeited without compensation.

6.6 Bonus Abuse. temu4d reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reverse any bonus or bonus-derived winnings in cases where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to meet wagering requirements; collusion between multiple accounts; or the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.

Betting & Game Rules

7.1 Sportsbook. All sportsbook bets placed on the temu4d platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. temu4d's sportsbook covers a broad range of domestic and international competitions including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and international tournaments featuring Timnas Indonesia. Specific sportsbook rules — including settlement procedures, void conditions, and the handling of postponed or abandoned events — are available within the Sportsbook section of the platform.

7.2 Casino Games. All casino games — including slots, live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger), and other RNG-based games — are governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the relevant game supplier (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, or other licensed providers). In the event of a technical error or malfunction during gameplay, the affected game round will be declared void and all wagers returned.

7.3 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) games on the temu4d platform follow the specific draw schedules, prize tables, and bet-type rules published within the Togel Online section. Draw results are sourced from authoritative pools. temu4d does not control draw outcomes and is not responsible for the conduct of underlying draws.

7.4 Crash Games. Crash games (including Aviator-style and similar titles) are subject to their individual game rules and provably fair mechanisms as documented within the Crash Game section. Players accept that crash game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation and are not influenced by temu4d.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and are displayed at the time of placing a bet. temu4d reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where it deems appropriate, including in connection with professional betting activity or suspected arbitrage strategies.

7.6 Error Resolution. In the event of a pricing error, system error, or any other technical fault that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds or terms, temu4d reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player. temu4d will not honour winnings derived from manifest errors.

Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. temu4d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers a range of tools designed to help players manage their betting activity and maintain control.

8.2 Player Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered temu4d players via the account dashboard: (a) Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on total deposits; (b) Loss Limits — cap total net losses over a defined period; (c) Session Time Alerts — receive notifications after a pre-set duration of continuous play; (d) Self-Exclusion — voluntarily lock account access for a defined period (minimum 30 days) with no option for early reversal.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who activate self-exclusion will have their temu4d account access suspended for the duration of the exclusion period. Any real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion will remain in the account and will be available for withdrawal upon expiry of the exclusion period and completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the temu4d platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Registering more than one account on the temu4d platform, whether under the same or different identities;
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC or verification process;
3. Using the platform while under the age of 21;
4. Accessing temu4d via VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology to disguise your true geographic location;
5. Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or manipulation in relation to any game, bet, or tournament on the platform;
6. Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or undocumented platform features to gain an unfair advantage;
7. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
8. Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or any systematic approach designed to exploit bonus terms rather than to participate in genuine gaming activity;
9. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the temu4d platform in connection with money laundering or any other financial crime;
10. Harassing, threatening, or abusing temu4d staff or other players via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership. All content on the temu4d platform — including but not limited to the temu4d name, logo, graphics, interface design, written content, software, and game assets — is the intellectual property of temu4d or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the temu4d platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any temu4d content without prior written consent from temu4d.

10.3 Game Content. Game software and related assets made available through the temu4d platform are licensed to temu4d by third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. The intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners.

Privacy & Data

11.1 Privacy Policy. temu4d's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the temu4d Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Data Processing. temu4d processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of the Services. temu4d does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

11.3 Communications. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Platform Availability. temu4d endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond temu4d's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. temu4d shall not be liable for any loss resulting from platform downtime.

12.2 Betting Outcomes. temu4d accepts no liability for losses incurred through normal betting and gaming activity. All betting and gaming activity on the temu4d platform involves financial risk, and outcomes are determined by chance or sporting events beyond temu4d's control.

12.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, temu4d's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Exclusions. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes temu4d's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by temu4d's negligence; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12.5 Third-Party Services. temu4d is not responsible for the actions, content, policies, or practices of third-party game suppliers, payment processors, or any other third-party service provider whose services are accessed through or in connection with the temu4d platform.

Account Termination

13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your temu4d account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigation.

13.2 Termination by temu4d. temu4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) provision of false or fraudulent registration information; (c) engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; (e) suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity; or (f) any other circumstance that temu4d reasonably determines justifies account closure.

13.3 Consequences of Termination for Breach. Where a temu4d account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, temu4d reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance in the account, including both real-money and Bonus Credits, pending the outcome of any relevant investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is established, temu4d will report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Amendments to These Terms

14.1 Right to Amend. temu4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, temu4d will provide notice to registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect.

14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the temu4d platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Clause 13.1.

14.3 Version History. The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page. Previous versions of the Terms are available on request from our support team.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which temu4d holds its international operating licence. By using the temu4d platform, you acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for determining whether accessing the Services is lawful in your location.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising between you and temu4d in connection with these Terms or the Services, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. temu4d will endeavour to respond to and resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

15.3 Escalation. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral institution designated by temu4d's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

15.4 Jurisdiction Disclaimer. temu4d makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally available for use in all jurisdictions. Players who access the Services from outside Indonesia do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
